If you have a talent for creating a great story and setting out a plot with interesting characters, then you might be interested to write your own novel. Not just write it, but actually get it published and out into the world. There are many ways you can do this and one of the most important things to remember is that you should always persevere.
Now, if you have not written anything in your life, then you may have a hard time finding a way to turn writing into a career, especially if you do not go out and take a writing course. You will have to find the most appropriate one that deals with the kind of story you have written. For example, some publishers only take adventure and action novels, while some are focused on romantic novels.
Whatever you have written you need to find the best publisher. When you start writing your novel, you will also need to think carefully about the steps. When you start out, you should draw up a plot and plan your story from beginning to end.
Get the characters sorted out and make sure that they are 3 dimensional and realistic. Give each one their own personality as if you were listening and watching a real person.
You can also look over them yourself on another day and the perfect one might just pop out at you. As writing is a creative process, you should take your time and make sure that you are getting a good story out. If you need to stop then you should and carry on when you feel creative again.
